Welcome to SafeSipTester.com (“Site”), operated by Lorion Enterprises LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“SafeSip”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase and use of our products.

By accessing our Site, placing an order, or using our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or purchasing from us.

1. Eligibility

To use our website and purchase products, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when placing an order.

2. Product Description and Intended Use

SafeSip sells a TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) water testing device, which measures the conductivity of water to estimate the presence of dissolved ions such as minerals, salts, and metals.

Important Notice:
This product does NOT detect or identify bacteria, viruses, parasites, or other biological contaminants. It is not a medical device and not a certified water purifier or diagnostic tool.

By purchasing and using this product, you understand and agree that:

  • It is meant solely as a general-purpose water quality indicator.

  • It is not a guarantee of water safety or potability.

  • You are solely responsible for interpreting the readings and taking any necessary actions based on those results.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lorion Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, harm, damages (direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential), loss, or adverse outcome resulting from:

  • Reliance on or misinterpretation of the product's readings;

  • Improper use, misuse, or maintenance of the product;

  • False assumptions about water safety based on product data;

  • Any personal injury, illness, infection, or environmental damage associated with the consumption of water tested using the product.

All use of this product is at your own risk.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lorion Enterprises LLC, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site or product;

  • Your breach of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. No Medical or Regulatory Claims

We make no medical claims regarding the product. The SafeSip water tester is not FDA-approved or certified by any international water safety organization. It is not intended to comply with EPA or WHO water quality standards.

Do not use this device to make health-critical decisions regarding water consumption without consulting qualified experts or laboratories.

6. Shipping and International Orders

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally. However:

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any local regulations.

  • We are not liable for delays, losses, or damage during international transit.

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment.

We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with foreign standards, voltage systems, or regulatory frameworks.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the nature of the product and hygiene considerations, all sales are final unless the item is defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos and detailed descriptions of the defect.

  • Replacements are provided at our sole discretion and do not imply an admission of fault or liability.

No refunds will be given for buyer’s remorse, misuse, or misunderstanding of the product’s limitations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, branding, and logos—is the exclusive property of Lorion Enterprises LLC or its licensors. No content may be copied, reused, or redistributed without our written consent.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:
